Everything was amazing. Chips and salsa as soon as we sat down, I got the Medina tacos and they were delicious and the presentation was lovely. Great margaritas!!! Will definitely be back.
We were driving home after a hike in the area and passed this restaurant. Looked cute from the outside, and I wanted a margarita so we stopped in. The friendly host sat us at the outside bar (our request), and we were promptly greeted by the bartender. Since we hadn't planned on eating, we ordered 2 margaritas and the chorizo cheese dip. Everything was wonderful. We can't wait to come back (an hour drive!) and have a full meal.
Popular, Authentic Mexican restaurant well worth driving to rural Medina for. Casual dining with seasonal outdoor dining room - covered from weather, screened & heaters available - and an indoor dining room. accessible building. Parking lot is rough stone, dirt. NO designated parking. Food & service are both top notch! I'm not a regular Mexican cuisine eater, like my companions, but found enough foods on menu to choose from & really enjoyed my 1st dinner here.
The food was 10/10, I have been to a hundred Mexican restaurants and this was one of the all time best! Great food, great service, and great pricing
Good food and at a great price. Family owned and operated. They're a long time staple in our community.
The Food was excellent, especially the enchilada platter with the mole and other type.. the bartender was very nice and working her absolute butt off. They need to fix the AC though. I couldn’t go back... I was working all day without AC and needed a place to cool down and have dinner.
We were seated right away, menu choices were plentiful as were drinks. Our meals arrived quickly and were hot. I enjoyed my meal and others seemed to also. The restaurant was really busy, therefore noisy but being in a booth you can converse easily.
